Working Principle:

The silent oil-free vacuum pump, it is working in an up-and-down reciprocating motion, guiding the air flow through the pump body to form a vacuum. Model selection considerations:

1, Vacuum degree: in the purchase of a vacuum pump, the user should first determine the requirements of the vacuum degree, and the pump which selected should provide vacuum be greater than requirement, otherwise if can not meet the normal work of the supporting equipment, the equipment cannot work correctly.

2, Pumping rate:

It is the pumping volume per minute of the oil-free vacuum pump, the rate must be greater than the demanded, it is recommended to exceed at least 20% above, so as to better meet the needs of use. Also need to pay attention to the air flow, which the pump need to suck, make sure whether the air flow would be corrosive or not. Corrosive air flow would corrode the internal surface of pump body; in this case, please remind the sales beforehead, and this oil-free vacuum pump should be made of special materials, that will be a completely customized pump.
